Knowledge base/online help for Llama App affiliate marketing platform

We had a lot of fun working with the team behind Llama App – a challenger to the traditional affiliate marketing industry. We used Google Docs to develop and deliver a Knowledge Base ready for Llama to copy and paste into the help section of their online app. This Knowledge Base for both Merchants and Influencers:
- follows the “fun” and “familiar” writing tone found in the App UI/UX
- is split into 22 topics, with a recommended content architecture for the client to implement
- features three types of admonitions – Notes, Tips, and Warnings
- features sample screenshots for the client to replace with GIFs
